These Terms govern access to the LocalClip website, participation in the waitlist, and purchase or use of the LocalClip software. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

Provider

LocalClip is provided by CHNY SOFTWARE, a French SASU registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIREN 100 333 053 and VAT number FR23100333053. The registered office is 1 RUE MARGUERIN, 75014 PARIS, France.

License and acceptable use

A purchased license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the desktop app on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the software except where law permits it.

Purchasing and billing

Checkout and license delivery are handled by Polar. Prices, taxes, refunds, and invoices are presented during checkout and managed through Polar.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. Local processing happens on your device, and you are responsible for backing up media and ensuring you have the right to process and publish it.
